Itunes

I love Itunes for many reasons.  First I love that I do not need an ipod to enjoy this fantastic yet free program.  Just download it to your desktop and you are ready to go.  I enjoy the free podcasts on all subjects, museums, tours, technology, radio broadcasts, and more.  Itunes even allows you to listen to some radio stations. 
I store my songs on an external device this way if my computer crashes i am able to simply move my songs.  I am using a PC, simply click file add folder to library and select your music folder and your songs will be there.  Yes if you have ratings and playlists they will not move.  Remember to change where your songs are stored by clicking edit/preferences/ advanced and select your external device.  I hope you enjoy itunes
