Tracking Changes in Word 2007

I just posted a new video on my Youtube channel. This video will show you how to use the review tab in Word 2007. It will review Track Changes, Multiple Users, Compare and Combine documents, Comments, & Security features.

• Tracking changes allows you to view the changes you or others made to a Word document. By turning tracking changes on and changing the view of the document allows you to return and "undo" a change. Very helpful if you are working on a large document and you may not use the "undo" arrow to go back.


• Comments allow you to enter comments to a document. This is helpful if you are collaborating on a document and need another user to make changes.


• Compare and Combine Documents allow you to do just that. Helpful when collaborating on a group project.


• Security removes personal identifiers from a document.
